Licensure: Telehealth evaluations are conducted by board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. NPI verification available upon request.

Payment Policy: Cash-pay model for expedited access. Superbills provided for potential out-of-network reimbursement (not guaranteed).

Refund Policy: If DSM-5 criteria for ADHD are not met, a $250 evaluation fee applies for the clinician’s time. Full refund if canceled with greater than 24 hours’ notice. 50% refund if canceled between 4 and 24 hours before the appointment. No refund if canceled less than 4 hours prior to the appointment. Any applicable refunds are processed within ten (10) business days once cleared by your bank or card provider.
